Sample submission/shipping. Shipping info here. If you are local and we have agreed to local courier pick-up, you can request sample pick-up here

Test results will be emailed to the address listed on the submission form

Sample shipping

You can ship via the carrier of your choice to the address below:

Alternatively, you can request a sample label from us by emailing us (clientservices@rmvetclinpath.com or via call/text (970-258-1138).

If you have your own UPS account you can create a shipment online, enter the above address, and select "Bill recipient/receiver" and enter our account number. Please contact us to obtain our UPS account number. Ground shipping is recommended for locations in the Central/Northwest US and typically results in next day delivery. If you are submitting from else where,  next day air-saver is recommended.
